Scott Ferris Reports USA SEO Pros Is A Scam

USASEOPros.com - Opportunity Awaits with USA SEO Pros Licensing Program

The numbers have come back for USA SEO Pros’ licensing program and the internet advertising company reports there are over 1.75 million available first page placements for purchase. Las Vegas-based USASEOPros specializes in search engine optimization, and at the end of a client campaign, the optimized site often has leftover keywords that are ranking very well on the search engines. The licensing program takes advantage of the work already done and offers the already-ranking keywords to interested businesses.
The program works only with related businesses, but the entire catalog of available industries and keywords can be viewed on the company’s website. This represents an opportunity for interested business owners and marketers to grab an organic first page placement and avoid the kiss-of-death “sponsored results” box that comes from pay per click advertising.
“We’ve recently reopened our licensing program and it’s encouraging to know we have this many first page placements to work with,” said Steve Howe, the operations manager for USA SEO Pros. “Having 1.75 million first page placements just from campaigns that have ended proves we are doing our jobs. Ideally SEO should always create a lasting imprint that extends far beyond the campaign end-date.”

Here is a simple breakdown of how USASEOPROS works:

<!--[if !supportLists]--> 1.

<!--[endif]-->They take your money using a false and misleading sales pitch.   This video walks you through their entire high pressure sales pitch, and provides very good documentation about their business practices , and their long history.  You are lead to believe you are signing a contract for a service that is a quality service.

http://www.seoconsultants.com/usaseopros/scam/

It did not take me but a couple of days doing research on the internet to find they were a scam company.   It was my own fault for not checking them out, before signing the contract.

2. They generate a list of keywords that have a very low probability of ranking well, and are not going to receive any search numbers on the major search engines. I could rank on the first page of Google or any search engine on the internet for the search term “green worms that eat rocks and dogs”.   I could enter that term into a Google search and if I put that on my site, I would be Number 1.   But who else would search for that term?   This is exactly how they obtain the first page rankings they provide.

As they state in their contract, which they like to hide behind, item #12 states, “We will provide the client with a list of geo-targeted key phrases relevant to their business with search results up to 2,500,000.”   All key phrases provide do not receive enough searches to be relevant when using the Google keyword tool.

3. They build a bridge page loading with the keywords that no one would search on and content that is merely used to “trick” Google, but provides no benefit for humans.   Item #10 in the sham contract states, “We practice ethical SEO techniques.”   The techniques used definitely are totally “black hat SEO”.   The page is geared to keyword stuffing and every keyword link on the page takes you right back to page you are presently visiting.

4. They measure your site and the performance of the service based on ranks from search engines that are of extremity low quality, most being low traffic search engines and several that are owned by the company. (eg, Jooper, Kajoe and FSN. All are registered under KJR equipment LLC in the Whois listings.)   It’s easy to get first page ranking on a search engine of poor quality, you own, and use keywords no one searches.

5. When the metrics that are given is not enough to substantiate the value to the customer, and a customer wants to cancel or charge back, they simple state their policy, NO CHARGE BACKS. The contract only meant to cover up and protect their fraudulent business practices.

Las Vegas BBB rates the company “F”.  The 36 complaints listed on your web site are just the tip of the iceberg as to the real number of people who have been scammed by this company.   Based on the number of sales calls they make in a day, the numbers are probably in the hundreds. Many more complaints are documented on the internet but did not file a complaint with the Las Vegas BBB.

Their boiler room actually called me two additional times to pitch their program.   Their boiler room sales team has no idea who has already been scammed.   They continue to comb the internet for phone numbers of web site owners on a daily basis.

UsaSeoPro is a scam. This is a company who misleads unknowing customers into thinking that the service they provide is helping the customer's marketability. They should be considered a fraud and should be liable for their actions. They are very good at what they do and are going to continue their practices everyday unless something is done to stop them.

I plan to talk with the Las Vegas Metro Fraud Division. I will find out if they think there is something going on here that is fraudulent.  In addition, Google provides a very good link to the Federal Trade Commission.  They accept complaints into the National data base for use by law enforcement across the United States

This company advertises nationwide over several radio stations, including Michael Savage. This company will screw over its clients and employees. For example, a consultant will tell its client (who is merely thinking of starting a business) that he or she needs to have a corporation, corporate credit, a family security trust, a LLLP, and so on. This client is only THINKING about going into business.

The consultant will then push the client to buy right then and there for thousands. In case anyone who is reading this is unaware, a LLLP (Limited Liability Limited Partnership) is a legal entity set up to hold 1% of the stock of the newborn company, with the other 99% being held in the FST (Family Security Trust). Now WHY would someone need all of this when their corporate stock is worth absolutely nothing? The entities that they set up are also rarely set up correctly.

The credit program -- they don't actually have any proof that it works. They guarantee that you will have a AAA credit score in anywhere from 4-12 months for a small fee of either $2000 or $4000, or anywhere inbetween. How do they know the person has this credit score when they won't even pull the credit for the client to prove it and no one has finished the program?

The clients believe the consultants so much that several of them will be digging into their 401k or any kind of retirement fund just to pay for these entities. They advertise on the radio for corporate credit and a free book, only they won't send the free book if they don't think the person is going to buy.

The sales people will do anything to get the sale... anything, even insulting the potential client. The reason behind this is that they have a quota of $8000 for the week and if not reached, the consultant is fired and told "it's just not working out". Employees are fired on a weekly basis.

There are about five people who have worked for this company more than a year, or even a year. They will fire people for any reason and give the reason that it's just not working out. The level of professionalism is unbelievable. The sales manager comes into the morning meeting usually swearing at the employees, setting a horrible example.

I would like to let everyone know that this company steals from anyone they can. They are the most unethical company I have ever been in contact with. I hope this helps anyone who reads it.

Also, if you need to set up a corporation and you want to do it in Nevada, just go to the Nevada Secretary of State website and they can guide you. If you're looking for business credit, go to Dun and Bradstreet directly.

I was just approached by them. First I heard from a very fast speaking salesmen, who then put me on with the "closer" or numbers guy. I had seen similar scams before, and when I showed my skepticism, I was very quickly dismissed by the "closer." Always beware of any company that won't send you any information by e-mail.

My name is Jonathan Abdich and I happen to be one of those small business owners USA SEO Pros called. I own my own home business in Las Vegas and I too was called by a sales rep from USA SEO Pros. After listening to their sales pitch and going through the whole process, I decided to give it a shot. I invested nearly $1500 in this company for 10 keywords, and I got 5 extra keywords through a promotional thing they were doing.

I won't lie and say I wasn't a bit skeptical, but I wanted to be patient. I've done my own research and due diligence on search engine optimization and I knew that it does take a month or so to take hold. After speaking with their quality assurance manager, Sam, I felt much better going into the whole thing.

Yes - they do promise their clients a certain number of first page placements - but they do deliver them. It took about 3 weeks, but after that my site appeared on the first page of Google, AOL and MSN for many of my keywords. I peaked at 360 first page placements (they'd only guaranteed 260) before my 6 month campaign was finished, and I must say I couldn't have been happier.

I suppose some people go into search engine optimization with unrealistic expectations. But I've always felt that I should be knowledgeable about something before getting involved and that helped me make the right decision with USA SEO Pros. Long story short, I'm here vouching for a company that gave me what they promised, while other people who don't get search engine optimization complain. My guess is that they signed up expecting to rank on Google with keywords like "home business". If you understand search engine optimization, that just isn't going to work.

All of that said, USA SEO Pros worked for me and my business and I'm glad I did it.
